Giuseppe Porcaro has been appointed Head of Communications at Bruegel from June 2014.
He joins Bruegel after completing his mandate as Secretary General of the European Youth Forum for the past five years. Giuseppe holds a Ph.D. in Geography of Development at the University of Naples "L'Orientale" and previously worked at the World Bank in Kosovo and Paris.
He is fluent in English, Italian, French, and Spanish.
