André Sapir, Senior Fellow at Bruegel, chairs a panel discussion on the economic and political aspects of the different combinations of trade arrangements on each of the regions. Finally, Roderick Abbott (ECIPE) tackles the impact on the EU. The video includes remarks by Marc Vanheukelen, European Commission, before the floor was opened for discussion.
