Alexandra Roulet

Bruegel Non-resident Fellow

Alexandra Roulet is a Non-resident Fellow at Bruegel. She specialises in labour economics and public economics.

Her research covers labour market dynamics, the impact of public policies on employment, the role of technological progress and the geographic and social mobility of workers.

She speaks English and French.

She is also an Associate Professor of Economics at INSEAD and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research. Previously, she worked as economic advisor to President Macron and Prime Minister Borne from June 2022 to September 2023 and is now a member of the French Council of Economic Analysis and the French Council of Pension Surveillance. Alexandra holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University.
