Alexandra Roulet currently serves as macroeconomic and public policy advisor to President Macron and Prime Minister Borne.
She is on leave from INSEAD where she is an Assistant Professor of Economics and will be back to INSEAD in the Fall. Alexandra’s research focuses on labour economics and has been published in leading academic journals such as the American Economic Review, the Quarterly Journal of Economics or the Journal of Public Economics. She is the co-winner of the 2017 Upjohn Institute Dissertation Award and a CEPR Research Affiliate.
Alexandra graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris, and earned her PhD in Economics at Harvard University.
