Philipp-Bastian Brutscher is an Economist in the Economics Department of the European Investment Bank where he is principally responsible for the EIB Investment Survey, a large scale survey of corporate investment activities. Philipp acts as focal point for the Department's analytical work on business and infrastructure investment activities. He holds a Master and PhD degree from Cambridge University.
