See also comment 'A year since Cyprus'
During this event, we will discuss the run-up to the Cypriot crisis in March 2013 and the crisis and programme itself. We will take stock where Cyprus stands one year after the beginning of the programme. Is growth set to rebound? Did Cyprus find a "new business model as some argued was necessary? How and under which conditions can capital controls be lifted? What are the chances of a success of the programme?
