The event focused on the financing of clean air within the EU, and the key challenges for clean air policies to work, most notably in big cities, the Po Valley, and Eastern Europe. This issue is particularly timely in the context of the ongoing revision of the Ambient Air Quality Directive which sets a roadmap for the next decades of action against air pollution.
