Johannes Becker is a professor of economics and the director of the Institute of Public Economics at the University of Muenster. His research focuses on international taxation and public finance. He is the co-author (with Clemens Fuest) of the book "Der Odysseus-Komplex" (in German) which provides a pragmatic approach to solving the Euro crisis.
