Euan has held various roles within the UK Government including in Pakistan and DRC for the Department for International Development (DFID), and in London for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), and most recently as Head of Digital Trade Negotiations at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
