Elena Magrini

Elena Magrini is Head of Global Research at Lightcast. Her recent research focuses on labour market analysis and the future of work, in particular in relation to digital transformation, economic growth and skills insights. Prior to joining Lightcast, Elena worked at the UK think-tank Centre for Cities where she led on research on employment and skills in UK cities. Elena also has experience in local government, having worked as a Senior Policy Manager for the West of England Combined Authority. Elena holds a BSc. in International Economics from Bocconi University and an MSc. in International Public Policy from University College London.
