Davide Panzeri

Senior Policy Advisor, ECCO,

Davide leads on European affairs and is the liaison with ECCO’s European networks.

He worked on cultural policy in Edinburgh before starting his public policy career in the UK Civil Service, where he focussed on European affairs in various roles in different Departments. This included a secondment to the European External Action Service where he worked on climate change diplomacy.

He also worked on energy policy in BEIS, in areas including energy security, coal policy and carbon pricing.
