Born: April 10, 1974 in the town of Drogobych, Lviv region, Ukraine.
Education: in 1996 graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Law).
Career:
1996 - 1997 – Attache, Third, Second Secretary of the Legal Unit of the Legal Department, MFA of Ukraine.
1997 - 2002 – Third, Second, First Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Turkey.
2002 - 2005 – Head of the Treaties Unit, Deputy Director of Legal Department.
2005 - 2006 – Deputy Director of Legal Department – Head of the Unit of Special Legal Issues, Deputy Director of the Legal Division of the MFA of Ukraine.
2006 - 2007 – Minister - Counselor of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.
2007 - 2011 – Deputy Head of Mission of Ukraine to the European Union.
2011 - 2017 – Director of the European Union Department of the MFA of Ukraine.
2017 - 2021 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Representative of Ukraine to the Organisation on Prohibition of the Chemical Weapons.
January 2017 - present – Co-Agent of Ukraine in International Court of Justice in Case «Application of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Ukraine v. Russian Federation)».
On 25 August 2021 – appointed as Head of the Mission of Ukraine to the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community.
