Tamim Bayoumi

Tamim Bayoumi is currently a visiting scholar in the Department of Political Economic at King’s College London. He was formerly a Deputy Director at the International Monetary Fund where he worked on numerous projects including initiating the External Sector Report series. His 2017 book on the origins of the 2008 financial crisis, Unfinished Business, was an FT economics book of the year. He is currently working on a new book on the political and economic effects of technological revolutions.
