Hlib Vyshlinsky
Executive Director, Centre for Economic Strategy (CES)
Hlib Vyshlinsky manages the Centre for Economic Strategy since its founding in May 2015, and in ten years, has built it into one of the top-3 most-cited think tanks in Ukraine.
He has over 25 years of experience in economic analysis and research. From 2010 to April 2015, Hlib was Deputy Director at GfK Ukraine, the country’s leading market research agency. He has worked at GfK Ukraine since 2003. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2003, he served as Senior Economist, Publications Director, and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Policy Studies. Hlib began his career as an economic journalist and editor, working in different mass media from 1993 to 1998.
