Fereniki Papadopoulou

Fereniki joined Bruegel’s team as a Human Resources Assistant in May 2024. She completed her MSc on Human Resources Management from the University of Groningen and holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Attica. During her bachelor studies, she spent a semester abroad at the Economic University of Bratislava as an Erasmus student, in the field of Economics & Business. 

During she MSc Thesis, Fereniki had the opportunity to explore and navigate through the complexities of gender equality, empowerment-based initiatives for minority groups, and inclusion strategies. 

Prior to joining Bruegel, Fereniki worked as a store manager in a bakery shop in Athens.

She is from Greece and speaks native Greek and fluent English.
