Antoine Quero-Mussot

Antoine Quero is a senior expert on innovative financial instruments at the Directorate General for Budget of the European Commission. In the last years he has been closely involved in the financial set up of the Investment Plan for Europe ('Juncker Plan') and the External Investment Plan. Previously, he was deputy chief of staff and chief of staff of  the Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs Joaquín Almunia. Antoine Quero co-ordinates the budgetary design of the InvestEU Fund proposed by the Commission for the period 2021-2027.
