Adrián Lauer

Adrián was a Project officer in Bruegel from June 2023 to June 2024. He was involved in identifying, securing, and managing publicly funded projects, as well as in fostering and maintaining relations with partners and contractors. In addition, he supported fundraising for privately funded projects.

Adrián has experience in working in project management for foundations, NGOs and governments with a focus on climate policy. In his previous roles he worked for the European Climate Foundation, Climate Strategies and Peru’s COP20 presidency.

He is a Peruvian and Czech citizen, holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from the Catholic University of Peru. A native Spanish speaker, Adrián is fluent in English and French and has some knowledge of Dutch.
