Tillman Schenk
Tillman is a Research Assistant at Bruegel. He specialises in artificial intelligence and digital policy.
He speaks German and English.
Tillman joined Bruegel in September 2025. Prior to that, he completed a Bluebook traineeship at the European Commission’s Secretariat-General, where he supported the Regulatory Scrutiny Board. During his studies, he worked as a student research assistant at the Kiel Institute and DIW Berlin. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Humboldt University of Berlin and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
