Pascal Lamy
Coordinator, Jacques Delors Institutes (Paris, Berlin, Brussels)
Pascal Lamy is Vice-President of the Paris Peace Forum and the European branch of Brunswick Group. He coordinates the Jacques Delors Institutes and is Vice Chair of the Blue Economy and Finance Forum (UNOC3 2025). He sits on numerous global and European boards and foundations, including the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, European Climate Foundation, and Transparency International. He is professor at CEIBS (Shanghai) and HEC (Paris), and served as WTO Director General (2005–2013), EU Trade Commissioner (1999-2004), and held senior roles in the European Commission and French government.
