Levi Severson

Levi worked as a research intern at Bruegel until November 2022. He is expecting to graduate from Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah in the Spring, with a degree in economics and a minor in business strategy. 

Before working with Bruegel, Levi has worked in a variety of fields. He spent the summer working for Kaiser Permanente as an intern in long term financial planning and analysis building revenue models. At BYU, he had the opportunity to conduct research with his professors on microeconomic topics such as air pollution and gains to education. Another part of his experience has been doing startup work and he recently received scholarship funds for his team’s ideas in the Student Innovator of the Year competition.  

Levi is a native English speaker and is fluent in Tagalog, with experience in Spanish and Ilokano.
