Joanna Napierala

Joanna Napierala is working as an expert in the Skills trends and intelligence team at the Department for VET and Skills of The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP). At her work she is contributing to the development of the European Web Intelligence Hub - European system for collection and analysis of online job advertisement data (WIH OJA database). She is also focusing on the analysis of the twin transition (digitalisation and greening of EU economy) impact on the labour market and skills. Joanna Napierala holds PhD in economics from the Faculty of Economic Studies University of Warsaw.
