Associate Professor, Bocconi University,
Italo Colantone is Associate Professor of Economics at Bocconi University in Milan. He teaches European Economic Policy, European Economic Integration and Macroeconomics. His research focuses on International Trade and Applied Industrial Organization. Italo holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), and has published in several leading international journals, such as the Journal of International Economics, the Journal of Industrial Economics, the Journal of Economic Geography, and the Journal of International Business Studies. He has been involved in several research projects for the European Commission, and has acted as a consultant for the OECD.
