Brussels bureau chief, Financial Times
Henry Foy is the Financial Times' Brussels bureau chief. Prior to occupying this position, Henry was the FT's Moscow Bureau Chief, managing coverage from Russia, focusing on the politics and personalities of Vladimir Putin's Kremlin and the administration's foreign and diplomatic strategies, amid souring relations between the Kremlin and the West. He was previously the FT's correspondent in Warsaw, covering Central Europe, and has also worked in London.
