Henrik Munck

Henrik Munck is Senior Political Advisor at Insurance & Pension Denmark, where he leads policy work on investment regulation, sustainability reporting and pension systems. He has more than 15 years of experience working with the Danish pension sector and EU financial regulation, engaging closely with institutions such as the European Commission, EIOPA and EFRAG.

Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of pension-related issues, including pension product design, investment frameworks, regulatory implementation (including Solvency II and IFRS 17), and the interaction between public and occupational pension systems. He combines technical expertise with extensive experience in stakeholder coordination and consensus-building across industry and policymakers.

Henrik Munck holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and has previously worked with both pension providers and financial institutions. His work focuses on how well-functioning pension systems can support long-term savings, financial stability and efficient capital allocation.
