Eulalia Rubio
Senior Research Fellow, Jacques Delors Institute
Eulalia Rubio is an Associate Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and a Senior Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute in Paris. She has been working on the EU budget over the last 20 years, providing policy analysis to various EU institutions on topics related to the EU budget and EU spending policies and has participated in many research projects in these fields. Eulalia holds a Ph.D thesis in Political Science from the European University Institute of Florence and a Master in Public Policy from the University Pompeu Fabra (UPF). She has also been an associate professor in comparative politics at the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona and associate professor on European economic governance at the European School of Political and Social Sciences of Lille
