Christian Odendahl
European economics editor, The Economist
Christian Odendahl joined The Economist in 2022 as European economics editor, covering Europe’s economic integration, monetary and fiscal policies and broader economic trends. Prior to joining The Economist, Christian was chief economist at the Centre for European Reform, Britain’s European think tank, and a senior economist at Roubini Global Economics, a research firm. Christian holds a PhD in economics from Stockholm University.
