Carl Dolan is the Director of the Transparency International – EU Office (TI EU) in Brussels. Carl Dolan joined the TI EU Office in 2011, working on anti-corruption in the private sector. His previous positions have included working as a Policy Officer with the UK Research Councils, the European Commission (DG Research) and the European Foundation Centre. He holds degrees in economics and philosophy from the University College Dublin, Ireland. He has also studied and taught political philosophy at the University of Bristol, UK
