Anna Stürgkh
Member of the European Parliament
Anna Stürgkh is a Member of the European Parliament, representing the Austria liberal party NEOS. She serves on the ITRE Committee, focusing on industry, research, and energy policy, and is also a substitute member of the ENVI and IMCO Committees. Currently, MEP Stürgkh is the rapporteur for the INI report Electricity Grids: The Backbone of the EU Energy System. With a strong background in local politics as a district councillor for Vienna’s 4th district, MEP Stürgkh has been active in advancing community engagement and organizational development. She previously led Austria’s liberal youth organization, JUNOS, from 2020 to 2022. With her commitment to innovation, sustainability, and liberal values, MEP Stürgkh works to create a Europe for the next generation.
