Alihan Seyrek

Alihan worked at Bruegel from March 2022 to March 2023. He holds a MSc degree in Politics Philosophy, and Economics from University of Groningen, and a MSc in International Politics from KU Leuven. He completed his BA in Political Science and Economics from University of Connecticut, where he was active in the Student Government. Prior to joining Bruegel, he interned and worked in Washington D.C. and Ankara. His interests include geopolitics, political economy, and international relations.

Alihan is native in Turkish, and fluent in English. He has basic knowledge of German, and he is currently learning French.
