Christel Schaldemose

Christel Schaldemose is head of delegation for the Danish Social Democrats in the European Parliament. She is the interim head of the Parliament's delegation to Japan. She is the S&D Groups Coordinator in the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) and substitute member of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI). In addition, Christel Schaldemose is a member of the new Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence. She is working with, among other things, digital development, consumer protection and the green transition.
