Mark Le Gros Allen

Mark Allen worked for many years at the IMF, inter alia as Director of the Policy Development and Review Department and as IMF resident representative in Poland, Hungary and for Central and Eastern Europe. Subsequently he worked as consultant to the EIB, the EBRD and the World Bank on matters connected with the Joint IFI Action Programmes for Central and Eastern Europe and the Vienna Initiative. He edited the book, Ten years of the Vienna Initiative, 2009-19, EIB, 2019.
