Rémy Garaude-Verdier

Rémy Garaude-Verdier is a civil engineer with an MBA from Lausanne IMD (Switzerland). He started his career managing several large construction projects around the world for Vinci. Then, he held various positions in EDF Group, especially in the finance department. At Enedis, he developed a solid expertise in Smart Grids, he has been for four years the coordinator of FP7 Smart Grid demonstrator Grid4EU (2012-2016). This project funded by the European Commission is currently the largest existing Smart Grids project: it lays the foundation for the distribution network of tomorrow by testing the most innovative technologies on the integration of renewable energies, electric vehicles and storage facilities. Since 2016, he is the head of European affairs for Enedis. He continues to participate actively in the company's commitment to innovative European projects.
