On 6 October, Scott Marcus gave testimony to the Commission’s Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology, on the upcoming EU Chips Act and the prospects for EU-US cooperation on semiconductors.
The meeting took place against the backdrop of the US Chips and Science Act and in the context of the war in Ukraine and the ongoing tensions around Taiwan.
