A year after the Commission’s proposal for a Digital Markets Act (DMA), how will the Commission and the Member States enforce the regulation? The Commission would be the lead enforcer, with the assistance of the Member States to monitor and enforce, but the framework might lead to under-enforcement due to the capacity constraints of an envisioned 80 employees, and lack of incentive from the Member States to support the Commission. At this event our panellists gave their expertise on how best to enforce the DMA.
