The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, the National bank of Slovakia and Bruegel organised a joint conference to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Bruegel. The conference took place on June 9th, 2025, at the National Bank of Slovakia. The event focused on closing the investment gap in the context of the Savings and investment union from the Slovak perspective. Focusing on this topic, the conference provided a platform for discussing the most relevant weaknesses and opportunities of the Slovak and EU investment environment in the context of the Savings and investment union.
