Rethinking Ukraine’s energy sector

What are the ideal outcomes for Ukraine's energy system, and what steps must be taken to achieve them?

Speakers

The war drastically changed the prospects for Ukraine’s energy system. The gas transit might cease, the exchange of electricity with Western neighbours has surged, energy demand is being restructured, the neighbouring markets have become part of the European internal market and investments in domestic generation provide new opportunities.

In this event we explored elements of desirable scenarios for Ukraine’s energy system – and what would be needed to get there.
