The EU Data Act, proposed by the European Commission in February 2022, is entering its final phase of discussions in the European Parliament and Council. The European Commission promises that the The Data Act will ensure fairness in the digital environment, stimulate a competitive data market, open opportunities for data-driven innovation and make data more accessible for all. At this event panellists will discuss the design and potential implications of this important piece of EU data regulation. We will focus particularly on business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) data sharing.
