Bruegel and Chinese AMR launch cooperation

On 25th October 2012 Bruegel signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Academy of Macro-economic Research, NDRC. P.R.China.

Both institutes agreed to establish a relationship of regular communication and conduct academic exchanges on the macroeconomic situation and Sino-EU economic cooperation, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation and enhancing the important roles the two institutes play as think-tanks, in the further development of bilateral relations.

This MoU has been agreed for the purpose, through cooperation, of strengthening exchanges between experts of both parties, and of improving research capacity and academic impact. Workshops will be held by both institutes, at their respective premises, on the agreed economic issues.
