Assistant President, CEIBS
Zhou Xuelin (Snow) received his PhD in linguistics in 1996 from Shanghai International Studies University and EMBA in 2003 from CEIBS. He is one of the few senior executives who have been involved in the early growth of CEIBS. He joined the School in 1996, first as Director of Translation, later as Director of Marketing and Communications concurrently, and now as Assistant President and MC member overseeing a number of important responsibilities. Over the past 20 years he has been involved in many important decisions, and helped with the creation of the Translation Department in 1996, Marketing and Communications in 2005, CEIBS Publishing in 2008, and most recently CEIBS Platform for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. It is under his leadership that the School has developed a strong visual image system, clear branding strategy, and close relations with the external stakeholders. He is the chief coordinator for the school’s 10th, 15th and 20th anniversary celebrations and the chief designer of the various industry forums. He championed the launch of the alumni magazine The Link and CEIBS Business Review.
