Simon Mizrahi

Simon Mizrahi is the Director for Delivery, Performance Management and Results at the African Development Bank (AfDB). In this capacity, he oversees the delivery and performance of the Bank’s $9.5bn annual investments in Africa. Prior to joining AfDB, Simon worked at the OECD where he was responsible for the aid effectiveness agenda. He authored the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the Accra Agenda for Action, adopted by more than 110 countries and organisations around the world. Earlier in his career Simon worked for Médecins du Monde in Nicaragua and Rwanda. In 1994 he was in charge of the emergency relief campaign in Rwanda and DRC. He holds a Masters of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a BSc at l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
