Policy director, TCO. Former Chief Legal Advisor at TCO and former Deputy Head of Analysis at the Swedish National Labour Market Board.
PhD in Law, European University Institute, Florence.

Mr Engblom was an expert in the government committee that prepared the comprehensive 2008 labour migration reform and has since been a vocal advocate both nationally and internationally on the possibility of reconciling openness to migration with high labour standards.
