Francis Bloch

Francis Bloch studied business administration at HEC Paris and received a Ph D in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently Professor of Economics at the University of Paris and the Paris School of Economics. His research focuses on coalitions, social networks and the digital economy. He has written 50 scientific papers and is an associate editor of many scientific journals, including Econometrica, the journal of the Econometric Society. He is the leader of a team of French economists working on taxation in the digital economy for France Stratégie (formerly Commissariat Général au Plan et à la Stratégie).
