Antoine Berthou

Antoine Berthou is an economist at the Banque de France since 2011 (Directorate Microeconomic and Structural Analysis), an associate researcher at CEPII, and a member of the Competitiveness Research Network (CompNet). He holds a PhD in economics from the Paris School of Economics. Previously, he was a researcher at CEPII from 2008 to 2011. His research and policy analysis concentrate on the microeconomic and macroeconomic determinants of competitiveness in European countries. His work recently investigated the determinants of exporters growth on foreign markets, and their response to exchange rate movements or financial shocks.
