Anna Dimitrova

Energy Policy and Innovation Advisor, EURELECTRIC,

Anna Dimitrova is an Energy Policy and Innovation Advisor at EURELECTRIC, the Union of the European electricity industry. Anna works on issues ranging from Energy Union Governance, to islands energy systems and coordinates the work of EURELECTRIC’s Blockchain Platform, focusing on DLT use cases in the utilities sector. Previously, she worked at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) as Research Assistant on Europe’s internal gas and electricity markets, security of supply and future RES policies. As a Researcher Anna led the organisation’s work on regional energy policy cooperation in South East Europe. Anna has graduated from the University of Dundee, Scotland and the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies Europe, where she concentrated in Energy, Resources and Environment and was in receipt of the ENEL Spa Fellowship.
