Jean Pisani-Ferry leaves Bruegel; Guntram Wolff appointed Acting Director
Today Bruegel’s Director Jean Pisani-Ferry was appointed Director of the French Prime Minister’s Economic Policy Planning Staff in Paris. Bruegel’s Board is engaged in the process of selecting a new Director. Pending completion of this process, Deputy Director Guntram Wolff has been appointed Acting Director.
On 24 April Bruegel’s first Director, Jean Pisani-Ferry, has been appointed Director of the French Prime Minister’s Economic Policy Planning Staff in Paris. He thus leaves Bruegel a few months in anticipation of his term limit in January 2014. Bruegel’s Board is engaged in the process of selecting a new Director. Pending completion of this process, Deputy Director Guntram Wolff has been appointed Acting Director.
